Carles Puigdemont est destitué, le Parlement est dissout, de nouvelles élections sont convoquées, des membres du gouvernement catalan sont emprisonnés et le leader indépendantiste prend la fuite en Belgique. Un scénario digne d’un polar politique hors norme. L’Espagne est au bord de l’implosion, l’Europe retient son souffle.
